Remote HR Solutions provides a wealth on practical HR training support for their clients when implementing processes and procedures. This on-the-job training works well for businesses who find it difficult to leave the office to attend external events.

We work with a number of secondary schools around the North East of England to provide sessions on Social Enterprise, Employability and working with local businesses to assist in Mock Interviews. This experience has proved invaluable for the students and volunteers who assist in the projects.

Independent Advice and Guidance Interviews: £1,600

Our fully qualified careers advisers will work with a full year group, providing IAG interviews and assisting students in developing personal action plans. Interviews can take place individually or in groups of 3-4 students.

Transition Day: £1,600

Aimed towards a whole year group, 5 workshops can be chosen from the following, to create a day which best suit your students’ needs:

Mock Interviews: £900

Business ambassadors will offer a year group the opportunity to be individually interviewed. Feedback will be provided and interviews can be recorded.

Jo Cameron was very honoured to be recognised for her Education and Training skills in 2014 when she was appointed an Associate Lecturer for the University of Sunderland. Jo is teaching second year students on a range of Employability subject areas including social media, interview techniques and assessment centre training.

In 2015 we will be working with an excellent local training provider to offer bespoke and accredited courses on a range of people and organisational development areas, including;

  • People development (Presentation skills, Assertiveness skills, Time management, Emotional intelligence, Listening skills)
  • Leadership development (Leadership skills, Coaching skills, Mentoring Skills, Negotiation skills, Project management, Power of influence, Change management)
  • Human resource (Performance management, Diversity management, Interview skills (interviewee or interviewer), Stress management)

Dates of these courses will be released in the New Year.
